Son of John Eugene McCLENDON, Sr. (of Bogalusa, LA, now residing in Las Vegas, NV) and Nannie Francis DOSS (of Richmond, VA, now residing in Bogalusa, LA). I will miss you dearly.

Here is a photo of my father, John Eugene McClendon, in August 1968. He is picking his teeth with a toothpick probably after eating a steak, his favorite food. He is drinking a beer? I. My father, John Eugene McCLENDON, Sr. married my mother, Geraldine "Jerry" HATHORNE, on 1948??? They were both born in Bogalusa, Washington Parish, Louisiana. They had two children:

John Eugene McCLENDON, Jr. has two children one by each marriage. 1st marriage was to Yvonne ____ and their daughter's name is Yvette McCLENDON. (Yvonne remarried to a man named McFarland, I believe, so Yvette may have been adopted by him.) John Eugene McCLENDON, Jr.'s 2nd marriage is to Patty KUROSAD (of Osseo, MN area) and they have one son named Cody Wyatt McCLENDON. They live in Minnesota; .and me:
Patricia Darlene McCLENDON (born in News Orleans, LA). I have no children.

II. My father, John Eugene McCLENDON, Sr., 2nd marriage was to a women named "Maureen" (of Cajun descent) and they had one child named Judy Ann McCLENDON. "Maureen" later married John RODRIGUEZ who legally adopted Judy Ann. Judy Ann RODRIGUEZ's first marriage to a unknown PITTMAN which gave her two children: Leslie PITTMAN and Brian PITTMAN. Judy Ann RODRIGUEZ's second marriage to a man named Robert PREJEANT who has three children from his previous marriage. They are live in Houma, LA.

III. My father, John Eugene McCLENDON, Sr., 3rd marriage was to a women named "Nancy," Nannie Francis DOSS (of Richmond, VA and now residing in Bogalusa, LA). This was her second marriage as she was 1st married the an Unknown WHITNER and had a son, Richard WHITNER, who remained with his father after their divorce. John Eugene McCLENDON, Sr. and Nannie Francis DOSS had five children: James Edward McCLENDON Holliday (married William "Bill" Holliday) who died of AIDS (9/15/58 - 3/8/96), Anita Darlene McCLENDON, James Michael McCLENDON, Eugene Leroy McCLENDON, Samantha Diane McCLENDON. Samantha Diane McCLENDON (never married) is the only one of their children to have a child: Jennifer Shay-Lee McCLENDON. All of their children live in Bogalusa, LA except for Anita who currently lives in Maryland.

IV. My father, John Eugene McCLENDON, Sr., 4th marriage was to a women named Gladys STEFFEL and they had four children (who I have never met): John Edward McCLENDON, Jeffrey Charles McCLENDON, Tanya Michele McCLENDON, and Robert McCLENDON. They have recently divorced. John Eugene McCLENDON, Sr. lives in the Las Vegas, NV area, while Gladys STEFFEL lives in MN.
